The Silk Road Caravan documentary follows pastoralists, scientists and changemakers as they travel across Eurasia, tracing landscapes where life has always depended on the health of the land. Along the way, voices from the steppe, the mountains and the desert reveal stories of resilience, knowledge and renewal — where tradition meets innovation and survival becomes stewardship. As the journey culminates at UNCCD COP17 in Ulaanbaatar, the film gathers these voices into a shared call: restoring land is not only possible, it is essential — for people, for ecosystems and for the future we are shaping together.
